Before disclosing personal information of a third party to us, you must obtain the consent of that person both to disclose and to process this information in accordance with these rules.

Use of your personal information

The personal information you provide to us through the application will be used for the purposes specified in this policy, the public agreement or in the relevant sections of the application. We may use your personal information for the following purposes:

The personal information provided by you is not subject to publication, except in cases where this is a mandatory condition for providing the services you have ordered according to the policy of their operator. You can find out information about the mandatory publication and the scope of this data from the support operator both before ordering and in relation to any previously ordered services.

In some cases, there are mechanisms for de-publication of the relevant personal data on a free or commercial basis, which the support also informs upon request.

Without your express consent, we do not transfer any of your personal information to any third-party company for marketing or any other purposes.

Disclosure of personal information

We reserve the right to disclose your personal information to our employees, managers, advisors, agents, suppliers or subcontractors, to the extent and for the purposes specified in these rules. Cross-border transfer of personal information

The information we collect may be stored, processed and transferred between any of the countries in which we operate in order to enable us to use that information in accordance with these rules.

The information we collect may be transferred to the following countries that do not have data protection laws equivalent to those in force in the European Economic Area: the United States, Japan, China and India.

You can always contact support to clarify whether your order for a particular service will result in a cross-border transfer of personal information and to which countries. We never transfer your personal data to Belarus or the Russian Federation.

Personal information that is subject to mandatory publication due to the regulations of the operator of the services you have ordered may be available worldwide. We cannot prevent its use or misuse for any purpose, including criminal, by third parties.

Payment data protection

When making payments and/or filling out a client profile, we may store the amount of data necessary to provide services and simplify subsequent financial transactions.

We do not store full credit card data in any way, limiting ourselves exclusively to tokenization data and the minimum amount of card data that allows us to display a mention of it in the payment procedure and client profile in order to identify the token belonging to a specific card.

All payment procedures that require entering bank card data - debit or credit - take place exclusively on the side of protected pages of payment gateways belonging to authorized banks or financial institutions and comply with PCI DSS certification - the card data you enter never reaches the side of our application servers.

We reserve the right to periodically make changes and amendments to this policy and publish its updated version through our application. You should periodically check it to ensure that you understand the content of the changes. We may also inform you of changes to this policy by sending you email notifications or using other communication channels you have chosen.
